:ditto: Here are some pics of a blazer floor can see the four mounting points, floor is a lot different than a 1008/28. You would have too drill holes in your floor for seats to mount but how high up would they be? Would probably have to modify seat mounting brackets.
:nothingfunny: Sorry I didn't see that it was his, Plus I am very easily amused and was hoping for an interesting comment so I could have a good laugh.
Well I got too work left truck idling like I always do when I'm starting the semi, went in to the office got my dispatch, came back outside and saw a small puddle under truck and it was getting bigger really quick. crawled under truck, smell the fluid..................dang...
My wife loves the m1008 wants me too get an m1009 to replace her civi k-5 blazer! She won't let me get a 5 ton though............says its over kill...........well when I get one I'm not telling her and I bet she like it! Well maybe....might take a while.
Here's mine, they have a couple of dents, 99% rust free. Why do they always hit the doors? What is up with the white paint? would like too get all the dents and rust fixed this summer and have them painted, also put a lift on them. going too install 700r4 in both (got both trans for free)...
Super Lugs..........maybe........only there not DOT approved, however the boggers are, and they ride pretty nice too IMO. Only bad thing about boggers is can't talk too any in the vehicle let alone hear yourself think.
Super Swamper Boggers only way to go for offroad tread. http://www.superswamperboggers.net/images/super-swamper-boggers.jpg
OOOHHH YAAAAA! I had 40 inch boggers on my truck only had to use 4 wheel drive once, mud was above tires! Went through mud, snow, with ease.
Ya that was me "tires", I think the blazer sits a little lower. I have 31x8x15 on my civi K-5 looks like 33's would hit. My 33's are wrangler A/T very quit, my last set lasted 80,000 mi (different truck) very aggresive tread for an A/T, have had good success with them in mud and snow.
When I bid a set a limit in my mind and wouldn't go over, I went through probably 5 or 6 auctions before I won. Remember there's always another one out there. If you don't have a lot of mechanical ability or patience I would recommend you buy one from a private party that has already done all...
