If its not the cap that everyone is stating, then there is an o-ring that mates the water pump plate to the block, that is located right above your arrow. You have to pull the pump and plate to get to the o-ring.

If you have soaked them long enough in some sort of rust dissolvent, like PB Blaster, transmission fluid, Evapo-rust, etc, they will release. The will usually release no matter what, with the heat of the motor after running.

FU2 is the voltage regulator Fuse I believe. I don't have the manuals in front of me now. Some models have the FU2 fuse and some of the older models do not. It would be located to the left of the voltage regulator mounted right beside it.
