Yes, bigger and just different. The winch from a deuce can be made to work, but pretty much everything else hndrsonj mentioned is different. Including the PTO being on the wrong side.

You left out the fun part. When it leaks, it drips raw fuel right on the exhaust side of the turbo. It's a good thing diesel has a high flash point.
