I had a similar problem with mine. the throttle was too tight and it would pull it while driving the truck, ie normal frame flex. once I loosened the throttle some it went back to normal.
nope you are missing something. there are 2 types of transfer case's. air shift and sprag. air shift is the better of the two. it gives the operator control of when he wishes the front axle to pull.
make sure to put attn management in the subject line. it took them 2 days to respond to me. I'd just dispute the charge on the CC. trust me nobody is your friend there. dont' treat them like one.
yes if it's a depot rebuild it means everything has been overhauled. eng, trans, xcase and all axles. depending on what depot did it some replace all gauges and wires and some don't. in any case they are pretty nice when they come out.
the problem with hood clearance is not only the charge air tube but if your donor motor has jakes then the front cylinder head will be too tall and the intercooler will also hit the hood
