Or is it just the opposite...!?
Making the (push)rod longer implies sooner contact between throw-out bearing and pressure plate fingers. Less distance there = less pedal free play.
In such cases, when in doubt simply consider both extremes: way too long = no free play at all, no full...
Keep trying!
First, make sure the pin rotates freely! Eventually add some PB oil.
Then, use a center punch if a normal one slips off.
Or a short rod and improvise something to create leverage, to push against it, more horizontally.
Or clamp the vice-grip on the head and use any kind of bar...
Probably because no one else ever had THAT problem.......?:???:
Frankly I don't see any clearance issues at all.
If the pin is oriented like in the photo below, just grab the head with a vice-grip and twist/pull out. Otherwise use a punch or rod and knock - push it out. That simple!

Always learning (Thanks Rick).... I just realized that there are TWO different models used for the short lever that goes through the cab floor; where the PTO shift linkage connects to.
Only one of them (part #10897120) has two holes and allows to hook up that TC interlock linkage.
Since I only...
On the spring seats only the bottom cushion takes a flat piece of plywood board. The backrest is stamped sheetmetal, slightly curved.

Update (again): I have 5 of the winch brake dataplates coming my way...! (via snail-mail which hopefully won't take forever...)
I will try them out and post results and pic once there is at least one installed.
For anyone not wanting to wait that long I'd suggest contacting this company...
So you drove her - and did it get any better? Does it even have "normal" power? Or does it smoke more then ever and NO power?
Maybe tell us how you made sure that pump went in, correctly timed - and not 180º off...?

Well; yes, many to chose from. And no... not one that would fit perfect.
It is like Ray said: they have used more than one only mil. font style; and everyone shows minor differences.
In this case, that "5450" would come closest to the True Type, MD Military Stencil (comparison below)...
have correct military font (PM me if not...)
type desired text; numbers; letters; etc.
print on cardstock paper
cut out with exacto-knife (and lots of patience!!)
attach stencil with masking tape.
mask adjacent surfaces
spray

I used this calculator trying to figure out what happens with a typical 16.00R20, at higher than rated speed.
Interesting what comes out if we considered just 30 pounds (less than 10% of total tire mass) concentrated at "M"... certainly a substantial increase in internal forces! (below)...
John, sorry for not responding immediately!
YES, for the two PTO's sharing the same seals.
Output shafts are different but still the same diameters; 1-1/4" where the seal rides on - (pic w/ arrows).
The seal in question would be a Timken 471787; or better their wider, encased one 410244. Both...
Possible... YES. Cheaper (than $300)... probably NOT - not in your Country at least.
If you still want dimensions (for the stronger, welded version), see them here....
