Hi guys
I was just wondering which air compressor you think is best, the twin or single cylinder , is there a difference in output and if they are interchangable .
Many thanks, Mark.
Hi everyone, do you need to use a post seal on your wix 33336 filters when used on a fuel filter adaptor kit, as i see that fleetguard supply the extra post seal.
Hi everyone, hope you are all well,
I've been looking to get some spare innertubes for my truck, in the T.M.s they are listed as 9.00 x 20 with a TR 443 metal valve, unfortunatly i can't find tubes over here in the U.K. with that valve stem size. So my question is could i use a different valve...
Hi,
A quick question, which thread sealants do you use for fuel fittings etc on your vehicles.
I am about to bypass my FDC and want to plug up the holes instead of looping the fuel lines. I don't realy want to use Teflon tape and would rather use a paste or liquid sealant.
So what are your...
I just found this picture on here of the flame heater fittings (circled), but noticed on my truck that they are reversed. The TM also shows them in the configuration in the photo. So my question is does it mater or will it cause any problems.
Hi all.
Can anyone tell me why there are two threaded connections on the side of the slobber tube, I have searched but all I can find is that one was used for venting purposes , so why two.

Hi all.
I have been reading a lot of threads lately about rear axle lateral movement and alignment, most of these threads seem to be quite old and have no definitive answer to the mentioned subject. Some saying there should be some lateral movement of the axles and that it is OK as long...
I'm looking at doing a complete axle overhaul soon. I have found a step by step guide for the front axles but cannot find one for the rears, i'm sure that there used to be one on here, I have the TM'S downloaded so I understand what to do, and that you can take the duals off together with a...
When I bought my truck it had this anttena on it, can anyone identify it as it seems a bit strange that it has a light bulb in the end of it
So is it a real anttena or is it something that has been put together, thanks in advance. Mark
Just a quick question, I have recently bought a geared lug wrench, if I stand on the bar which came with it will I be able to achieve the required torque to tighten the lug nuts? I weigh about 200 lbs.
There must be some mathematical equations to work this out but unfortunately I don't know it...
Hi guys I have been on Steel Soldiers for quite a while now, reading as many threads as possible and learning as much as I can about M35 trucks. And after about ten years of wanting to own one I managed to get one about a month ago and here she is in all her glory :-D:-D:-D:-D
Hi everyone, I have been looking at a M35 that is for sale and on the engine plate it says that it is a Hercules LD-465-1C with a contract number DAEE06-68-C-0006. I have done a few searches on here but find the information a bit confusing. The information that I require is if I can date the...
i've just been looking under the resources section for the technical manuals for the M35 i'm sure they used to be there or is it just me having a "senior moment":cookoo: any help to find the TM's would be great
Please can anyone tell me the first year of production of the M813a1 and if it was designed as a direct replacement for the M54, or did production of these vehicles run side by side?
