    M35A3 pics

Keep in mind, there is not just a larger radiator under the hood of it, there is also a charge air cooler adding to the depth of the cooling package, and, most likely a trans cooler.

    Bad Brake Light Switch?

On a deuce? Most likely a switch. If you have not converted to the air side, now would be a good time to do it.

chunks of metal in motor oil

I've seen piston pin snap rings come out before. If it is still a runner with no noises, you're good. When that happens, it screws up the piston and liner. Puts a big groove in the piston where the snap ring was, and a couple of grooves in the liner from the wrist pin riding on the liner. You...

SCA, Supplimental coolant additives. Chemicals that are put into the cooling system to prevent errosion of the liners and aluminum parts. They can be added to coolant, or can be in the coolant from the manufacturer. You can add by putting bottles of it in the radiator, or via a spin on corrosion...

Locating water/oil intrusion source on a Cummins 5 ton

However, if you run SCA's you will stop the process as soon as you add them and as long as you keep them up, you'll be good.

Locating water/oil intrusion source on a Cummins 5 ton

If you pressurize it and coolant comes between the crank abd a main...usually #2, it is a cooler.

    Availability of multifuel engine starter

The ones for the deuce...or 99% of the rest of HD engines are 42MT. The bolt pattern is the same, the are indexed by the capscrews in the mounting flange. The bendix should have 11 teeth.

    Loose Driveline Bolts

You can use the bolts ove if they aren't damaged. Go get a mess of new lock nuts. When I did the t-case, all of the short bolts were loose...again, so I just replaced all of the nuts on all of the shafts. So far, no loose bolts, but there is only a thousand or so miles on it.

    Deuce driver seat questions

I looked a bit for canvas, but opted for the vinyl due to, 1-the vinyl can be wiped clean. 2- vinyl won't stain the butt of your pants if you are wearing clothes that shouldn't be getting dirty, like when you are dropping the truck off for a static display BEFORE church...go ahead laugh. 3- you...
