    MP2225 Transfer cases

I assuming you're stating you have a 6.2 engine, the question is the transmission you have which is probably a 3 spd. I'm going to guess they would either mate up or there is an adapter but I'm not 100% sure. Also, I'm not sure if you can cap the cooling lines or came up with a way to tie them...

    Gas cap

I have one where the T handle locked up inside. As jcapplejr states, wiggle and twist back and forth and pull up.

    MP2225 Transfer cases

I just have one complete drive train and then the 3 individual transfer cases. The drive train do have a fan, they are just gear driven and angled up under the radiator to my understanding. Does your lines mount to the radiator do they come from some type of adapter off regular coolant lines?

    M1038 Mile Marker winch troubleshooting

Mile marker winches are pretty standard aren't they? Mine is hydraulic. Here's a link to one if it helps. http://www.ironplanet.com/for-sale/Humvees-1991-AM-General-M1038-Humvee-HMMWV-Wisconsin/748727?h=5000%2Cq%7CM1038&rr=0.16667&hitprm=&pnLink=yes

    MP2225 Transfer cases

It's hard to find these and I just happened across 3 of them. They have connections for glycol cooling. Just curious as to what they are worth. I have 4 of them now and I'm probably going to sell or trade a couple of them. Also I've got one mated to a 6.5 turbo I'm going to install. It's...

    M1038 Mile Marker winch troubleshooting

I think it's a 1038, but just got it home. I ordered some winch controls and plug them in and nothing. I've played with the levers on the winch and can't get it to free wheel. I haven't found the manuals. Posting this to see if there is something simple to these I'm missing. The remote hook...

5 Ton combat wheel bolt up beadlock install

The bolt head is against the edge, it doesn't look like it would affect the oring. By a screw up I got to figure out how to get the wheel back apart. I took the oring out last night trying to center up the beadlock and forgot to put it back in. I had to put the excavator bucket on the tire...

5 Ton combat wheel bolt up beadlock install

Another question for this thread. In installing the 2nd half of the wheel, I had to use a pry bar to try and move the bead lock around to try. I notice the bolt heads of the beadlock hit the lip of the wheel where the oring goes. The other side I had to pry and tap the rubber of the bead lock...

5 Ton combat wheel bolt up beadlock install

Thanks everyone. I guess I did a hybrid. I laid the tire on it's side, got one edge of the bead lock in using a flat pry bar and tire soap. Then I stood it up and used my excavator bucket to compress the tire so I could get the other side in. I then rolled it around with less pressure to try...

5 Ton combat wheel bolt up beadlock install

I piggy backed another thread about beadlocks. I'm bobbing a truck and going with a locker in the rear. I run relatively low air pressures so I'm going to try beadlocks in the rear. I purchased some Hutchinson beadlocks that have 4 bolts. Has anybody installed these? I'm looking for any tips...

mounting 1600R20 tires on two piece rims

Will these bead locks actually work? They look different than the ones originally in this thread. (I've haven't had a tire off to see one yet.) Wheels I have are the standard wheels off an 939 A2...

mounting 1600R20 tires on two piece rims

I typically only run 35 to 40psi in these to start with. Hopefully I can get the CTIS functioning and if so, whatever the lowest setting is that will go too.

mounting 1600R20 tires on two piece rims

Piggy backing off this thread with a couple of questions. I've got some 5 ton multi-piece wheels. They didn't come with bead locks. I'm curious as to if anybody that choose not to run bead locks. Did you have any issues. I'm bobbing a truck and putting a locker in the rear. I was thinking...

How do you change a tire

I have a couple of questions on this as I'm getting ready to change to some 16 tires and I don't have a cage. What are the chances of the 5 ton wheel lock ring actually explodes into shrapnel? If that's the case then it doesn't seem the cages are even safe? Also, if they can fail, what's the...

Do you know who made them?

Has anybody made or found a 24v tow light?

Air Over Hydraulic from what I understand, so you're saying you don't have to supply air to release them? I see these things tilt, I may be able to get two of them on the 923 and then tow the M998. Still interested in the lights. I tow my 5 tons every once and a while, the brake light work...
