if you want to use the marine fuel tank and bulb just replace that brass fitting at the fuel filter on the aux. inlet side with the 5/16 barb. that way you dont hack the original fuel line.

if you are going to change the compresion fittings and hose to allow for the primer bulb go to your nearest napa get the size you need on the treaded end with a 5/16 barb on the other with 5/16 fuel line then cut to fit for the primer bulb.

ive uncoupled a 16a gaser i think their the same. anyway you have to put something (screwdrivers or whatever) between the back of the motor and bell housing where it bolts together and pry apart until the stator comes off the bearing about an inch. the rotor will still be bolted to the flex plate.
well i fixed it this morning i loosned the 2 nuts on one of the two long studs that hold the switch together(outside stud only) and used a 3/4 in. extension and hammer to tap on the metal plates on either end and the switch turned its now on 120/240 single ph. and works. i wont be moving it...
delks is proud of this switch. right now i have 120/208 3 ph. so iam hesitant to twist on it without one on hand. has anyone had luck freeing these? pm sent speeddmon thanks

that info. was on smoke stack forum. do some searches over their and you can also find a link to the tms. for this unit. if you want either 120 or 250 not 120/240 that info. is on the wiring diagram inside the control box.
