    Wheel Covers / Rim Protectors

Loosing air when sitting could be a leaky wheel valve or a bad line from the stem to wheel valve. Spray windex on it all and around where the rim is put together. If no leaks there then replace the valve.

    LMTV Air Conditioner

The TV050009 bracket, second 2 pics, may be that but I am not sure. There does not appear to be enough room for it on the passenger side. I do have a bunch of new AC compressors Sanden 4066 SD7 and Transair TM21's both were MRAP I believe. They have serpentine belt pulleys though.

    MTV and LMTV

The 6x6 is rated at 5 tons off road and in theory 10 tons on road for bed loading. You can't get the bed down too much lower. If you look at a m1088 tractor the 5th wheel sits right on the frame rails that's as low as it can go. The truck does have a soft suspension and any significant weight on...

    There are already ones available.

    53" tires

I was thinking about doing 1400s. I think anything larger would either rub or interfere with the cab folding. I also think you would bring the center of gravity up on the truck making it dangerous to drive the extra speed you would now have.

M934A2 with 6CTA 8.3L Turbo Diesel will not run

Check the rear wheel valves they are mounted on a stem coming out of the hub it's a friction fit and from driving centrifugal motion causes them to slip up and fill air will leak. It's hard to see unless you are right down there and get your hands on the valve.

    m936a2 PTO?

Mine is a 2008 rebuild and no auto throttle. if you did have an auto throttle there would have to be some actuator or mechanism to operate the throttle to the desired rpm with the wrecker boom engaged.

    m936a2 PTO?

The auto throttle is controlled by your hand pulling the hand throttle out to the desired rpm. Preferable once the transfer case is in neutral. I find you have to get the pto engagement just right and it snaps in but if it's not quite locked it then it will pop out. I believe the trucks with the...

Need Assistance with LMTV in Jacksonville, FL

The 3126 should still have the circuit board. I think he got the truck in pieces and put it all back together.

Need Assistance with LMTV in Jacksonville, FL

24 volt goes directly to the starter from the battery bank with its own separate power wire. 12 and 24 go into the cab thru the polarity box and up to the power panel. If the power panel inadvertently got bent or flexed in some way the copper traces could break resulting in an open circuit...

    Hydraulics Question

The newer armored cab lmtv trucks use a electric/hydraulic pump with a larger reservoir.

    M923A2 - CTIS - wheels with tubes (?)

I don't see how a tube would even be physically compatible with a m939 combat wheel. Unless you are talking about the valve stem itself which is a metal tube but the tube part is pretty much on the outside. I think pictures of everything would be required and then go from there.

    Stuck Frame Bolts

Those are strange looking I wonder if they have to be impacted from the bolt side.

    special charger for AGM batteries?

You need a good 10-20 amps for a 24 hour period to charge each battery. You need to do this individually. Once they all have a decent charge then you can put them into the trucks normal hookup pattern and slow charge them the rest of the way.
