If you're using it commercially you will need a CDL class B with air brake endorsement. Titling and registration is state specific can't help you there.
I got a 70's style pleather wrap one from pep boys cheap then i used paracord instead of the cheap thin crap it has as a wrap to keep it on. Feels so much better.

Sounds crazy but i had a coolant leak and didn't realize it was as bad as it was. My truck would get hot but fan wouldn't kick on. Make sure your coolant is topped off, i topped mine off and suddenly the fan would work. I guess want enough coolant to drench the probe on the shutterstat.
The A2 actually has an 8.3 Cummins turbo diesel not a 250. Which is a popular marine motor or so I've been told. Love the sound of the 250 but i own an 8.3.
I drove M915s in a transportation unit. The original with 16 spd cat trans could do mid 70's easy. The A1/A2 had a 5 spd Allison and could hit maybe 60. We were one of the first units to get A3's and if i remember right were at least mid 60's then i got out of the Army.
In cold weather it'll take a lot longer than 5-7 mins to heat up. If you need it to get warmer for the heat to pump in the cab throw a good size piece of cardboard in front of the radiator like a tractor trailer. Not sure about oil temp gauge it's possible it was installed in the wrong hole...
