Well, the LOP is showing you what it sees. If the engine will not start, you have no oil pressure. So Low Oil Pressure may not be your problem. Disconnect the fault indicator, and try and start the set. What happens? Do not run it long. Just long enough to see if it starts.

Well, that went poorly.
1. I reinstalled my original GCU after replacing all of the major components. Exactly the same behavior.
2. To assure myself that the engine would start I connected a variable DC power supply to the throttle solenoid and was able to get the engine to start...
I hate to be a bearer of bad news. But the classification of these TM's prevent them from being posted in the Steel Soldiers Forum. Forum rules allow only "Distribution A". These TM's are "Distribution B", so I can not allow them to be posted. Sorry.
And its not a bad thing to do, maybe get 2-3 of the copper washers that go under the nut holding the water separator canister. They are soft, and you can damage them. Drop the only one you have into a place where you can not get to it, or not find it, and you will know why we kept 10 ea. washers...
@Guyfang can you change the thread title for the OP?
When Guy  has a minute, I'm sure he'll update it for you.
How did you know I was at a beer fest???????????????
We need to look at all the things that get power in Startup. Maybe start with K2? Pull the wire off of K2, and see if its something NOT in the Starter circuit? Or G1? See if the alternator is shorted?
It tripps when I hit start position.
It started 3 times this morning no problem and didnt trip but I have had it trip on shutdown.
You think it's weak?
This is the first time you have written this. We need ALL the facts.

Or maybe CB1 is just bad?
Can I just tie them four wires together off the two terminals and see if it starts?
Hopefully I can buy CB1 if its bad.
This is a really bad idea. Unless you want to burn something up.
OK. Have you downloaded all the TM's for the set? They are in the link below.

I here by nominate you as the official AMMPS records keeper!
If you chose to accept this assignment Mr. Phelps, I will give you some helpful hints. Please do not think the computer will burn up after reading this message.
Is this set new to you?
Have you ever seen it work right?
Have you downloaded the TM's from the TM forum and read the operators TM?
When you turn on the CB, (Circuit Breaker), there is supposed to be a light that comes on when the CB closes. Do you get a light?

I'm looking for governor module for a mep-804a generator. The original governor was made by Barber Coleman. If anyone knows anything about this part or a substitute, I would appreciate the help.
This is not correct. As @jamawieb stated, Woodward is the sole manufacturer.
