Measure the gaps at the spring brackets, That will give an idea what is going on. Check T.M.9-2320-211-20-3-2. para. 16-12 (frame 2) thro to frame 7. the adjustent and or servicing of the bearings and tightning of same. Keep us informed.
Well there will be a tandem master cylinder for a start, and there will be a divider for the lines front and rear. As against single line outs to all wheels..Check out jatonkas web site and tm.s for the m35 brake systems. All the information is there.
You can not work the air supply in "reverse" to apply the brakes. Military trucks have one way valves on the outlets (front service) to prevent air loss. The emergeany lines (front) accept air to charge the system. The service lines (rear) give apply air, and have double check valves. Emergeancy...
No idea really, but if that were happening to me I would start by checking the breather system throughout. Especially in the region of (any) fuel tank outlets. Look for a breather system schematic in you pertaining T.M.s.
Any good quality grease is fine. I use tractor grease mixed with black molly slip. Never fails to keep things running smoothly. (matter of fact, my willys jeep has had that mix in the gearbox and tractor joints since 1970) no probs.
