I'm still looking for these washers, seems like every new suggestion for a supplier is a dead end.
Some part numbers, MS45904-68, MS45904-72 and MX45904-76 for 1/4. 5/16 and 3/8 inch respectively. 7/16 inch may be MS45904-80 and MS45904-84 for 1/2 inch.
Maybe parts that Devilman could stock...
RE: Star Washers
Wayne, McMasters does have star washers, but not hardened like the ones found on our vehicles/radio mounts etc.
I like McMasters for a lot of things, good quality parts, fast delivery and low low shipping charges.
RE: Re: RE: NHC250 starter lock-out switch
Thanks, anybody know the pressure rating?
Guess some rewiring would be in order if a prelube system was installed....
This would not be a direct replacement, easy to install in the front bumper, though. :-)
A couple of more images. All components moves and swivels nicely.
The distilled water jug in the image above represents about 4 gallons for a 50/50 mix.....
If you can't easily drain the engine block (plugs too tight or whatever), fill the radiator with distilled water and run the engine with T-stat removed for circulation and mixing, then drain the radiator...
FWIW, the M656/XM757 8x8 trucks designed in the mid 60's, use 100% air for braking. One more air tank was added and check valves between the tanks keep pressure up in the event of upstream air loss....
I'm interested in one, perhaps two, but my budget won't allow it for a while. Doing the manual pump for starters with all parts on hand or on their way here.
Re: RE: Magnetic oil drain plug
Thanks, no rush Will.
About the knock in the engine, no I haven't dropped the oil pan yet, I do have the gasket on hand, but I use the crane off and on and simply haven't psyched myself up for the job yet.
There are many projects in the fire and working alone...
