Try a small area first, and don't leave the stripper on too long, it might soften the plastic. there is a product called goof off which I have used with great sucess for removing paint and adhesive. also removes tree sap and tar.
Those are great ramps. I have seen a guy use an aluminum extension ladder (20 foot = 2 10 footers) with plywood on them, to load atv's. P.S. it wasn't me.:beer:
I put one of those harbor freight pickup cranes in the rear of the bed to lift the spare tire in my 5 ton. michelin 16:00 Xx 20 on hemmt wheel. approx. 400 lbs. hand winch was geared wrong so it wouldn't even pick up the spare.:( going to change it to an electric 2,000 lb. winch and see what...
I bought metal stamps with numbers and letters from harbor freight tools. Cheap. Just make sure you have the things right side up before you punch!:shock:
Wish I saw this post a month ago. As far as the m2 goes it is illegal for most civilians in Calif. to have one. A real one. No assault rifles, 10 round max. capacity for magazines. No auto. The replicas have to have the orange plug at the stupid end of the barrel. I have never had a problem...
Also, factor in your trip time because a deuce is going about 50 mph on flat ground. It will be a LOT slower on hills. Also factor in some states require a class B licence for vehicles with 3 axles over 10,000 gvw. I would rent the u-haul, move, then buy your mv.8-)
Looks like the civilian model. I don't see the reliefs in the sides for the shovel, axe, and pick. Did the military models have these on all years? :???: What's under the hood?
